PF Registration for Employers
Provident Fund registration is mandatory for eligible employers under the Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
Who Needs to Register?
- Establishments with 20 or more employees
- Voluntary registration is allowed for establishments with fewer employees
- Once registered, the establishment must continue registration even if employee count falls below 20
Registration Process
- Visit the EPFO Unified Portal
- Click on "Establishment Registration"
- Fill in the required details (establishment name, address, PAN, etc.)
- Upload necessary documents
- Submit the application
- Receive registration certificate and establishment code

- PAN card of the establishment
- Address proof
- Bank account details
- List of employees
- Salary details
- Registration certificate (for companies/LLPs)
